Game of Wool Feature Yarn
Merino Aran is a fabulous yarn for contemporary checked jackets and jumpers and is also suitable for soft cable cushions and decorative knit and crochet accessories for the home. It can be used as a classic 'aran' weight or a worsted weight.
Each ball weighs 100 grams and is 155 meters. This is a medium weight yarn and recommend using size 4.5 - 5.5mm (7 - 9 U.S) knitting needles. 5 balls of yarn are required to make a woman's long sleeve jumper in size 12. To make a 4x4" tension square work 16 sts and 20 rows. Machine washable up to 30ºC on a wool cycle. Do not tumble dry.
