Learn a craft at The Woolpatch
Do you want to learn to knit or crochet? Would you like to get more confident with your sewing machine? Then get in contact with the shop. We have the social area of the shop put aside on Saturdays for classes! We can arrange the class specifically for what you want to learn. Irene and I teach knitting and I can teach crochet, I'm left handed (but also teach right handed). I can also help you get more confident with your sewing machine.
Classes are £10 an hour. I keep them affordable like this as I also run the shop at the same time. Whilst this means I have to serve customers at some point (if it's busy) it does allow you, the learner to have time to practice on your own without me sat watching over you! As an ex teacher myself, I think it works better as a result and many learners have said the same.
You can book 1 hour sessions, 90minutes or 2 hour sessions.
